Upgraded Pre-Molded Insole – An Arch Support Insole,Thermoplastic Insole、heat-moldable insoles

The upgraded pre-molded insole retains the original design concept of the first-generation product. It still adopts the material combination of EVA + elastic support sheet and features the heat-adaptation function (only simple heating is required to achieve full conformity to the shape of the foot).

I. Upgrade Highlights: Mainly in the Following Two Aspects

1. Pre-formed Structural Shaping at Factory

The product has been structurally shaped according to the human foot at the factory. Users only need to make slight adjustments to the arch area. This structure can better fit the curvature and contour of the arch, minimizing the suspended gap to the greatest extent.

1. Significantly Enhanced Aesthetics

The new-generation product adopts a classic orthotic insole design and incorporates the concept of a "bowl-shaped heel cup". Its lines look smoother and more refined.

1. Improved Comfort and Breathability

The upgraded pre-molded insole is made of a combination of multiple materials. In particular, the high-density MDI foam used in the second layer not only enhances the product’s breathability but also provides a more comfortable stepping feel.

II. Usage Method: Still Heat-Adaptation

As shown in the figure, users only need to heat the arch area with a heat gun. After the insole softens, they can adjust the height of the arch position.

(Oven heating is not recommended. If it is unavoidable, wrap the forefoot part of the insole with a damp towel to prevent excessive heat shrinkage, which may render the insole unusable.)
